By accessing or using the Bay Port Music Association website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site. These terms apply to all visitors, donors, and others who access the Site.
2. About BPMA
The Bay Port Music Association ("BPMA," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting the band, orchestra, and choir programs at Bay Port High School in the Howard-Suamico School District. Our EIN is 47-1529390.
3. Use of this site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

4. Donations
Donations made through this Site are processed securely by Stripe. All donations to BPMA are voluntary and generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at bpmamusicboard@gmail.com within 30 days and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
BPMA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. BPMA does not provide legal or tax advice — please consult a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of your contribution.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of BPMA or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Bay Port High School, the Howard-Suamico School District, and affiliated music program pages.
