Bay Port's music programs thrive because of community. Behind every performance, competition, and fundraiser is a group of parents, alumni, and neighbors who show up — we couldn't do it without you!
 

The Bay Port Music Association depends on volunteers at every level. From helping set up for a fundraising dinner to serving on our board of directors, your time and talent make a direct difference in the lives of our students.

What volunteers do:
 

BPMA volunteers support our programs in a variety of ways:

• Staffing and running fundraising events

• Chaperoning trips and competitions

• Supporting hospitality at concerts and banquets

• Helping with marketing, sponsorship outreach, and grant writing

• Serving in elected and appointed board leadership roles

The BPMA board meets regularly throughout the school year to plan events, manage finances, and support the directors of all three programs.
